Dear Friends and Neighbors,

‘We contribute to make things better’ was my parent’s mantra growing up — and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing since moving to Edina 19 years ago with my husband Jon, planting our roots, and raising our four kids up and through the Edina Public Schools.

My name is Julie Greene, and I am your current State Representative in the Minnesota House for Edina and Bloomington (district 50a). Now more than ever, I believe everyone has the right to live in a world where they are safe – and free to experience joy. I know this is possible — and I know it will take continued and collaborative work.

As a former Edina School Board member, I know what strong representation and active engagement look like to be impactful in decision-making – listening to constituents' concerns and knowing how to effectively take action to address them. As your State Rep, I have leaned on my practical experience and knowledge, proven accountability as a trusted leader, and innovative thinking and passion in this important role, and I ask for your continued support in this important work for our community, our state, and our country.

It is an honor to represent us at the Capitol, and I will continue my steadfast advocacy for our shared values and priorities — and for a better Minnesota for all.
